The heroes started the day reviewing through their 360 (full circle) feedback report. It was an opportunity to reflect and learn from their peer’s feedback. This is how 21st century work/learning environment would look like!
Back to working as designers. Design Thinking Step 3: Ideate. The heroes started with brainstorming and eventually took the ideas into one piece. With an exhibition to a design expert, and requirement for all the heroes to provide feedback to the projects—they worked hard!
We were thankful to have Mr. Teoh, an experienced architect as a guest judge. He asked important questions and gave useful pointers to the heroes.
The heroes were very enthusiastic about Mr. Teoh’s visit. They asked him many questions, ranging from his Hero’s Journey to the projects that he worked on. It was a great opportunity to learn from someone that they are relating to in this project.
With the designs approved, the heroes started their shopping journey online!
For games time, the heroes tried Telephone Pole, but with a curveball. They tried very many times, decided to quit towards the end. Another try next time. At Acton, we fail early, cheaply and often.
During the close, the heroes discussed how they are going to present themselves tomorrow—a visit to Mindvalley HQ!
