DTP Week 3 Day 2!

Today’s lots of hard work. Both mentally and physically. The heroes had to put up all the furniture, decorations, and so on.

Mentally, the heroes went through 1-to-1 reviews on their Full Circle feedback (a.k.a. 360 feedback). Guides listened to the heroes and discussed how to make use of the feedback to make this week better.

Physically, the heroes had to put up all the furniture, decorations, and so on. For example, “the Gathering” group building a cool-off tent.

Aunty Sharifah, who previously worked as an architect, visited us as a guest judge. She shared an important lesson: the limited budget can make one more creative, and gave few tips on how to do it. Cardbox furniture anyone?

She reminded that there is plenty of hard work, reading, and getting hands dirty in her journey as an architect.

Designing and building their learning studios by heroes have some perks. For example, they added their preferred versions of entertainment!

Last week, the heroes gave up on the T-pole version 2 challenge. Today, they managed to overcome what was previously thought to be impossible! What had been holding them back was the belief that they need to move in a straight line. The energy was bustling with songs and cheers as they found one new way of doing it.

A tiring day. The hot weather didn’t help too. Perhaps a visit to the Inspiration Stairs?
