“I have issues!”

Guides do not answer questions. Instead, we hand it back to the Eagles to resolve them by equipping tools and processes. Eagles log their issues using a form. As this gets accumulated, it will be picked up by the elected Council members and resolved in the next Townhall meeting.

Item by item, issues get discussed and resolved through majority votes. The council facilitates the meeting.

After discussions, they add new agreements into the Rule Book. The community enforced this via Eagle Bucks. If things don’t work out or requires modification, it gets flagged up to the next Townhall Meeting.

As the community is tight-knit, and we practice Socratic Discussions three times a day—Eagles share their arguments openly

Slowly and surely, governance becomes more stable and robust. Not because of great laws or ideas, but because Eagles fail early, cheaply and often.
