It’s the final week of the animation sprint and a lot of amazing folks made it to watch the Eagles showcase their hard work.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing to get here. The Eagles felt pressured towards the end. At the last hours, there was panic, tears and Eagles encouraged one another.
The ES Eagles were so excited before the exhibition, they had to do breathing exercises to calm themselves down before the parents and guests came. The Eagles have been preparing for this day for the past 6 weeks. This past one week, the Eagles were perfecting their work and some even had major last minute changes that they had to drive to completion. One team made it with 10 minutes to spare before the exhibition.
During Exhibition Day, the Eagles took control of organising and getting the place ready.
And then it was show time!
The Eagles surprised guests with a choreographed dance.
The dance started out as a PE activity and as the ES Eagles practiced, they decided – on their own – to put on a show during the exhibition. So they learned how to dance on their own and arranged their own practice sessions. All the dance coach had to do was to help for 3 hours.
The Eagles then introduced their work to the audience and the audience laughed and clapped and had a good time.
Here’s the product of weeks of hard work:
