How Can You Do Better
Eagles are celebrated for showing up at the end of the day after they have checked-in with each other about the work they finished today. An Eagle this week reported having finished zero work.
The PS Studio Eagles acknowledged the ‘zero work finished’ for the day and followed up with the question, “How can you do better tomorrow?”. The Eagle replied that he would like to do all the work the next day. The PS Studio wishes him all the best in his plans.

Weekly Elementary Studio (ES) Update
Exhibition Week!
The ES Eagles were in high gear as the day of the Exhibition drew closer. They had loose ends to tie; decision on roles, website updates, delivery options and others.
The pressure was mounting and stress levels were high. One Eagle had a breakdown early this week. He felt like he couldn’t do it with his team anymore and wanted to drop it all and work solo.
Another Eagle felt overwhelmed by all that was needed to be done which led to being stuck and unable to find a solution.
On top of that, all this preparation had to be done virtually and with it came it’s own set of challenges.
Along their Journey towards this Exhibition, the Eagles met mentors who provided support and expertise. This came in the form of parents sharing their experiences in owning and running an online business to expertise in handling/managing people and teams.
This provided Eagles with real world scenarios and solutions and these mentors provided the necessary insights and expertise for Eagles to keep moving forward in their Journey.
Special Celebrations
The Eagles ended the week and Sprint with Fun Friday, and, during the Ending Circle, shared their memories and best wishes with an Eagle who is graduating to the MS Studio.
“I will miss you.”
“I remember the time when we played computer games together.”
“We will miss you as our Squad Leader.”
“Thank you for all the memories, I will join you in the MS soon.”
Congratulations, K! You have matured in the past year and we’re sure you’ll thrive in MS!
